Build-A-Bear Workshop allow kids to build there own stuffed animal. The stuffed animal is obtained by selecting an animal to pick from the store, adding stuffing to it at the stuffing station, adding a small heart to the stuffed animal, and then taking it off the premises as a new stuffed animal that the child own. Animals that is sold at the store include teddy bears, dogs, cats, bunnies, dinosaur, and various other characters from popular movies and TV shows.

The stuffed animals that are provided are available in a variety of color and sizes, and include both seasonal and limited edition animal that may show up at the store periodically. Each stuffed animal can be dressed in a variety of miniature outfit. The clothing includes options for sports jerseys, princess dresses, superheroes, and various holiday.

How to Make Your Own Stuffed Animal

Each animal also comes with a variety of accessory and small item that can be added to the stuffed animal to complete it’s outfit. An employee can add sound chips to each stuffed animal prior to sealing the stuffed animal. The chips allows the stuffed animal to have a record of a message from the child or to play a preloaded message.

To build a stuffed animal, the child must go to the stuffing station where an employee will stuff the animal that the child is holding. The child can control the foot pedal that control how full the stuffed animal is going to become. After stuffing the animal, the stuffed animal will proceed to the stitching station to have the stuffed animal sealed, after which an air fluffer will even out the stuffed animals fur.

This whole process take only a few minute. Near the stores checkout area is a birth certificate for the stuffed animal that the child has just made. The child gets to name their stuffed animal, and that name will appear on the certificate, which they will take home with the stuffed animal.

Build-A-Bear Workshop is located in the same stretch of Ontario Mills as ASICS. The store can also host party for children, which may be of interest to those planning a birthday party for a child. Gift card are also available for purchase at the store.

These can be given as presents to others who may be unsure of which stuffed animal to purchase for the child. In addition to the stuffed animals, the store also sells accessories for them. These accessories include furnitures items, carrying case in the shape of the companys star logo, and care kit that contain small tools to care for the stuffed animal.

The star shaped carrying case can also be used to transport the stuffed animal from the store to the child in question. Additionally, Abercrombie & Fitch is also located in this same area of the mall. The miniature outfits are categorized by theme rather than the size of the stuffed animal that is to wear the outfit.
