Stoneridge Shopping Center is a well visited and liked shopping space in the center of Pleasanton, California. Our group at CaliOrb prepared an interactive map to help guests easily find their way in that active shopping area. With some simple taps one can find the spot of favorite stores and plan the ideal trip to the mall.

Sitting right at the crossing of two main highways, Stoneridge Shopping Center is a real dream for people of the Tri-Valley and further away. Not only is it easily reached by car, but also only a short distance from the BART station, which makes it easy to arrive, no matter your ride. It has long been seen as one of the best malls in the East Bay Area, and one easily understands the reason.
During its peak, Stoneridge had some big anchor stores… Nordstrom, Macy’s, JCPenney and Sears. But time changes, and both Nordstrom and Sears finally closed their stores.
That is a big change for any mall, and it certainly affected the mood a bit. Even so, Macy’s and JCPenney still run well, and the center stays full of various nice stores and eating spots.
Here one finds a rich mix of stores… From stylish clothes and fancy bags to tech buys and goods for the home. H&M and Forever 21 even own big two-story stores, which gives the place a real feeling of variety and style.
It is that type of mall that has something for every person.
Of course, like each shopping area, Stoneridge went through its usual mix of wins and losses during the years. Some shops came and went, and the loss of those big anchors left its trace. But the place always has a lot of character and charm, and it stays a liked meeting spot for the local folks.
Besides the normal buying, the mall runs various fun events to liven things up. Recently they set up a fresh light show called Glowtopia in the parking; interactive objects, photo spots, everything complete. That is the kind of extra that keeps the experience at Stoneridge fresh and fun.
And do not forget the food! There are many eating spots spread around, so one can easily eat without leaving the area. Also, there is a supermarket and a pharmacy in the place, whichadds everyday use to the whole shopping trip.
