Fresh Fresca Ontario Mills

Fresh Fresca is a fast-casual restaurant concept that offer Mexican-inspired food made with fresh ingredient and bold flavors. The menu feature a variety of items that can be built according to the customer’s preference. The main dish at Fresh Fresca include burritos, bowls, tacos and quesadillas.

A cook can prepare each of these items with the same variety of proteins (grilled chicken, seasoned beef, carnitas) and toppings (fresh salsas, guacamole, sour cream, cheese) although the specifics of each item are slightly differently. For instance, burritos are best prepared with flour tortilla, tacos can utilize either corn or flour tortillas and quesadillas is grill and can be filled with cheese and protein. While these items utilize the same component of the meal, each of the components is available in a variety of different format.

Fresh Fresca Menu and How to Order

Rice and beans is included in each of the main dishes and include black beans and pinto beans among its selection. The rice is seasoned in a way that is more common with Mexican-American cuisine. In addition to the main dish, Fresh Fresca offers a variety of different salsas including mild, medium, and hot variety, as well as pico de gallo, corn salsa, roasted salsa and guacamole.

Guacamole is prepared with avocado and a seasoning of lime and salt. Other items that are offered include chips and guacamole and chips with salsa which is considered an appetizer but can also be consumed as part of the main meal. In addition to these items, nacho are also offered.

Drinks includes fountain beverage (including flavored sodas), agua frescas and horchata. The agua frescas are made with fruit and water and are part of the traditional Mexican cuisine. Horchata is a rice-based drink that is flavored with cinnamon.

All item are prepared in front of the customer. The customer assembles each meal in front of the customer along a counter line and the customer pay for the meal at the end of the counter line. The restaurants feature a dining area with a variety of tables for individual and groups to enjoy there meal in the mall location.

The atmosphere is casual and appropriate for the fast-casual restaurant concept. Fresh Fresca features large portion of the meals. Burritos include all of the component of the meal including rice, beans, protein and toppings but also within a large flour tortilla.

Bowls contain the same component but without the tortilla. As with all fast-casual restaurants, the staff prepares the ingredients in a way to ensure that the items are both fresh and flavorful. The vegetable for the salsa are chopped and the salsas are made with care to ensure that they are fresh made to the customer.

Additionally, the guacamole is prepared in a way that is one of the most closely watched component of the menu, due to its prominent flavor throughout the dish.
